John XXIII College Music Department is a thriving and diverse department, providing courses for Years K -12 and a vibrant and busy co-curricular programme.

Music is offered as a part of the curriculum from Pre Primary to TEE at Year 12. Music is a compulsory subject from Pre Primary to Year 8. At Years 9 and 10, students can choose from a variety of options including Music. At Year 11 the Course of study 2A and 2B in the Western Art Music context is offered and in 12, TEE Music is offered.
